It is a stern truth - that as humans we all have had experiences of sleepless nights when we are grief-stricken or worried sick. The reasons of which might be logical to us or it could be inexplicable. Either way, we have all this imagination in our heads with false evidence, yet we have absolute emotional certainty. Though imaginative, the issues are so magnified that it is totally out of proportion, rendering us helpless and overwhelmed. And the deeper into the night, the more our ruminating thoughts cage us in. If given a choice, would you want to confine yourselves in the mind traps or liberate yourselves from the punitive narrative?
What if we can delegate "someone" to worry or feel sad for us? If that sounds like an enticing idea, how about using the same imaginative power that has created our distorted reality and simply believing that we can pass on all these negative feelings that we cannot apprehend to the universe or the divine? By offsetting the emotional load and knowing that this is all part of an intricate master plan, your thoughts will subside immediately as you hop back to the present moment and no longer regret the past or worry about the future. This will open up space for yourselves to allow answers and alternative scenarios to appear.
Test it to believe it.
